His dissertation, titled "Physiological Attributes of Arrest-Related Sudden Deaths Proximate to the Application of TASER Electronic Control Devices: An Evidence Based Study of the Theory," was supervised by committee members Dr. Jocelyn Pollock. Dr. Williams is now a Lecturer in our School at Texas State University.
